These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Culinari mobile application and related website (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
All content, trademarks, branding, software, and functionality of the Service are owned by Culinari and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
If you submit content through the Service, you retain ownership of your content but grant Culinari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
If you download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culinari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
